The Lancer women's soccer team closed out the 2022 regular season with a pair of 2-2 ties against the Laurier Golden Hawks on Wednesday and the Guelph Gryphons on Friday night.

Windsor finishes the season with a 4-3-5 record and are currently in a three-way tie with McMaster and Brock.

Windsor @ Laurier – Wednesday
Rescheduled from October 2nd, the Lancers started strong and went up 2-0 on the host Hawks.
Nicole Hogeterp put the Lancers on the board first in the 33rd minute to give Windsor a one goal lead heading into halftime.

Kat Campana added Windsor's second marker in the 56th minute, before the hosts retaliated just five minutes later. With momentum on their side, Laurier managed to find the back of the net again in the 73rd minute with a goal from Jyanessa Sealy.

Windsor @ Guelph – Friday
After a scoreless first half, the Lancers once again built a 2-0 lead off of two goals from Kailyn Robinson in the 53rd and 64th minutes.

The Gryphons scored their first goal of the match in the 70th minute and then capitalized again in extra time to secure the tie.

Lauren Gellner made five saves in net for the blue and gold.

Windsor has qualified for the post season, but must wait for the Marauders to close out their season on Sunday to find out their position in the standings.
