The Lancer women's basketball team opened the second half of their season at home Saturday afternoon at the Dennis Fairall Fieldhouse. Windsor hosted the Brock Badgers and fell to the visitors 77-46.

Mariame Dehkissia led the Lancers with 12 points, while
Reighan Dales came off the bench to contribute ten points.
Reine Ndome led the Lancers defensively with seven rebounds and one steal.

Samantha Keltos led the way for Brock with 17 points, while Madalyn Weinert also hit double digits with 10.

It was a tight game early on with the Lancers holding their only lead of the game to within the first few minutes of the contest. However, the Badgers then went on a 12-0 run en route to a 19-9 lead after the first quarter.

The Lancers would make a five-point run midway through the second quarter, putting a dent in the Badgers lead. Dehkissia hit a pair of threes for the blue and gold but it was the Badgers who saw success from behind the arch, shooting an outstanding 71% from the three point line in the frame to take a 44-20 lead at half.

Windsor was not able to recover in the second half and shot only 27% from the field in the game. The first place Badgers ended the game shooting 46.9% and outrebounding the Lancers 39-30.
