In an intense rematch against the Brock Badgers at Brock's Alumni Field, the Lancers fell 1-0.

Their loss puts them 0-4 overall for the start of the season.

In the first half, the game got off to a fast start, keeping the speed and intensity high. As Brock challenged Windsor, the blue and gold struggled to maintain possession of the ball and show their dominance on the field. Their closest scoring opportunity occurred off a header by
Robert Oates but was unable to find the back of the net. Although the Badgers started to settle into a slow pace after 28 minutes, both squads realized the need to get the ball moving more if either team wanted to get the breakthrough they were looking for. The game remained scoreless at halftime.

After the break, Brock and Windsor battled it back and forth as they adjusted to the change in weather being added into the mix on the field. Midfielder Michael Solomon is able to get the breakthrough the Badgers were looking for with a shot that got past goaltender
Brandon Gaudreau and make it 1-0 for the hosts. Windsor made a noticeable change to go on the counterattack and increase the contact with time running out. With less than three minutes remaining, a free kick for the Lancers put the pressure on, however Brock goaltender Taylor Miskolozki blocked the shot. Unfortunately, Windsor has trouble finding scoring chances in the final minutes and fell to the Badgers.
