The 2024 Lancer football schedule has been announced by Ontario University Athletics.
 
The road to the 116th Yates Cup kicks off in late August as 11 teams begin their season on Saturday, August 24th.
 
The Lancers will open their season at home against the Queen's Gaels on Saturday, August 24th at Alumni Stadium, before heading up to the nation's capital to play the Carleton Ravens on Saturday, August 31st.
 
Windsor will not host the Labour Day Classic this year as the blue and gold's bye week falls on the holiday weekend.
 
The Lancers will also host the Ottawa Gee-Gees on Saturday September 21st to kick off Alumni Week, the Toronto Varsity Blues on Saturday 28th, and the Laurier Golden Hawks on Thanksgiving Weekend, Friday, October 11th.
 
Windsor's road trips include Carleton, York, Guelph, and Western with the non-combatant teams being the Waterloo Warriors and McMaster Marauders.
 
Playoffs for the Yates Cup will begin on October 26th and conclude with the championship game on November 9th.
