STATS

On Friday, Aliah Admans led the way offensively with 11 kills, while Danika Scharff contributed 19 assists. On defense, Maja Susa recorded 12 digs, and Aryn Markett, Jordyn Brearley and Hope Simpson each picked up a block.

On Saturday, Admans, Markett and Brearley helmed the offense with 9 kills apiece. Scharff notched 29 assists while Markett pitched in 20 digs, all backed by 3 blocks each from Admans and Brearley.

FRIDAY GAME FLOW

The Marauders started the scoring early with consecutive service aces to start the first set. Tough battling by the Lancers negated some early scoring runs, but it wasn't enough as they dropped the first set 25-17

The Lancers flipped the script in set two, taking the attack to McMaster early and often. They carried the lead into a late timeout by the Marauders, however they were unable to stave off a final push and dropped the second set 25-21

The third set was a back-and-forth affair, but ultimately a slow start doomed the Lancers as they lost 25-17 once again

SATURDAY GAME FLOW

McMaster started off by using scoring runs early and often, claiming narrow victories in the first two sets, 25-21 and 25-21, as Windsor struggled with consistency.

The third set marked a shift in favor of the Lancers, who dominated with a decisive 25-10 win, showcasing precise attacks and tight defensive play. Building on that momentum, Windsor edged McMaster with more strong play in the fourth set, 25-21, forcing a fifth-set showdown.

However, McMaster regained their rhythm in the tiebreaker, taking a 15-10 victory to seal the match.
