The University of Windsor Lancers football team are preparing for the 2026 OUA season, with a full slate of games set to return to Alumni Stadium this fall. 

Following a strong 2025 campaign which saw Alumni Stadium host two OUA playoff games, the Lancers enter 2026 focused on building momentum against a strong lineup of opponents. The 2026 schedule features a number of key matchups, highlighted by the home opener on Sunday, September 6 against the Laurier Golden Hawks, and a marquee Alumni Weekend game on October 3 against the York Lions.

"Playing at Alumni Stadium in front of our fans is something our group takes a lot of pride in," said Lancer football head coach Jean-Paul Circelli. "That energy and support make a difference every time we step on the field."

Known for their hard-nosed style and disciplined play highlighted by a top defensive unit in the country, the Lancers look to return to the OUA playoffs and make another deep postseason run.

Season ticket renewals are now open for all 2025 ticket holders, with an exclusive renewal window running through June 30. Returning fans can secure their seats at a preferred price of $70 before tickets are released to the public.

Season and individual game tickets will go on sale to the public beginning July 2.

With another exciting season approaching, fans are encouraged to renew early and secure their seats for a full slate of Lancer football this fall.
