Students remember Linnell as a mentor, advisor and grandfather figure. He retired from coaching at the age of 78.
William Miles
Miles served his tenure as the University's golf coach during the 1970s and 1980s. Under Miles' guidance, the Lancers captured three OUAA gold medals, four OUAA silver medals and a number of tournament titles. In 1987 Miles was awarded with the Gino Fracas Award as the University of Windsor's coach of the year.
1958-59 Lancer Men's Basketball
Coached by Hank Biasetti, the 1958-59 Lancer men's basketball team had a respectable 12-10 overall all record, and put together nine conference victories and an excellent playoff run to win the University's first OQAA provincial championship.
These Lancer greats will join a group of individuals who have become immortalized with their spots in the Hall of Fame.
