Box Score 2 The Lancer women's soccer team earned four points in their final two regular season home games over the weekend. The Lancers defeated the Brock Badgers 5-1 on Saturday and drew a scoreless draw against the McMaster Marauders on Sunday afternoon.

Windsor is now 8-5-1 on the season and in fourth place in the OUA west division standings heading into their final weekend of the regular season.

In Saturday's victory,
Jaclyn Faraci scored three goals and goaltender
Krystin Lawrence made seven saves to lead the Lancers to victory.
Â
Windsor dominated the first half with three goals from
Courtney Fleming and two from Faraci to hold a 3-1 lead heading into the second half.
Â
In the final 45 minutes Faraci secured the hat trick eleven minutes in, and
Bella Riccardi added a double insurance marker just four minutes later to close out the scoring.

Prior to Sunday's game the Lancers honoured their fourth year graduating seniors
Laura Lecce and Riccardi.

During the game, the Lancers struggled to connect with the ball to make any serious attempts but were able to hold off some strong McMaster pressure.

In the second half, Windsor was finally able to put on some offensive pressure but was unable to get past the Marauder keeper.

Lawrence made eight solid saves in net to help the Lancers earn the one point in the scoreless draw.
