Riding a three game win streak, the No. 4 Lancer men's soccer team is looking to finish a top the OUA west division standings. They are currently two points ahead of the York Lions, however, the Lions have a game in hand and play a weekend double header against the last place Algoma Thunderbirds.

Prior to the start of both games on Sunday, the Lancers will honour their graduating seniors in a pre-game ceremony.
Men's HockeyThe Lancer men's hockey team is back at South Windsor Arena after a pair of road games in Concordia last weekend. Windsor earned a 6-5 win over the Stingers on Friday night before falling to the hosts 6-5 in a shootout on Saturday.
Windsor proved that they are an offensive threat across all lines as ten players found the back of the net through the two games.
Dylan Denomme led the way with a pair of goals, while rookie
Justice Dundas continues to contribute registering a goal and three assists. Dundas leads the OUA in points with 10 in four games played.
UOIT comes into South Windsor Arena looking to get back in the win column after a 5-2 loss to the York Lions last weekend in Oshawa. The Ridgebacks are 2-2 on the season and are led by Ben Blasko with 5 points. When these teams last met in 2014-15, the Lancers swept the host Ridgebacks with 6-5 & 2-1 scores respectively.

Women's HockeyThe women's hockey team is finally home in the confines of South Windsor Arena this weekend when they host the Toronto Varsity Blues in their season home opener.
The Lancers are still looking for their first win of the season after dropping a pair of games to the Laurier Golden Hawks and Waterloo Warriors last weekend on the road. Both games saw the Lancers find the back of the net multiple times early on in the contests, but the team struggled to maintain their momentum for the entire 60 minutes. With their schedule starting to pick up, the Blue & Gold are hoping more ice time will help them find their groove and start putting more points on the board. The Lancers are averaging 21 shots per game with
Shawna Lesperance and
Erinn Noseworthy leading the way offensively with three points each.
The Varsity Blues come into today's game atop the league standings as the only undefeated team in the OUA. They are averaging only one goal against per game, and are led offensively by Sonja Weidenfelder who leads the visitors with 3 goals and an assists in four games played.
The puck is scheduled to drop at 4:00pm on Saturday and can be seen live on www.oua.tv.

The Lancer women will open their season Saturday against Western in London, and play its first home game against the Brock Badgers, Sunday at 1 p.m. in the St. Denis Centre.
