Men's Soccer loses to Western in London

Box Score The Lancer men's soccer team lost 2-0 to the host Western Mustangs on Wednesday night in London.
 
The loss moves the Lancers to 2-4-2 on the season with one game remaining.
 
The Lancers today had a plethora of opportunities with two corners in the second half, and a total of five shots compared to Western's seven. Tanner Page was the man creating opportunities for the blue and gold, taking three out of the Lancer's five shots, putting two of them on target.
 
After a quiet first 30 minutes that saw some fouls, and numerous offsides, Western scored their first goal and lead. The Lancers would play the majority of the second-half one-man down after a penalty. The Mustangs would score their second and final goal in the 80th minute.
 
Windsor will now host the Mustangs in their final regular season game on Sunday, October 31st at Alumni Field. Kick-off is set for 4:15pm and prior to the game the Lancers will honour their graduating seniors.
