GAME FLOW
The Lancers started the game off strong, gaining an early lead looking for a different result than after last night's loss.
Telloy Simon made a defensive rebound to find the first offensive opportunity. As both teams started to feel the pressure, the squad made lots of contact to go on the attack. In the second quarter, the Thunderwolves slowly started to come behind to break the Lancers offense running streak. The score was tied at 27-27 going into the half.
Â
In the second half of the game, the Thunderwolves held their foot on the gas and looked to widen the gap and take the lead. With quick turnovers, the blue and gold squad looked to try to slow things down on the defensive side as they struggled to get shots in the net. Although the layup chances and rebound attempts to catch-up in the last quarter, it would not be enough and Windsor fell 89-80.
