GAME FLOW
In the opening period, the Lancers were determined to dominate again after a thrilling game one. As both the Lancers and the Badgers had equal opportunities to score throughout the frame, it was Windsor who would find the first marker with a goal by Spence on Brock goalie Roman Basran. The Lancers led 1-0 heading into the first intermission.

The middle 20 minutes was a wild period as the Lancers and the Badgers rattle off several goals in an action-packed frame to keep the crowd on the edge of their seats. The blue and gold continued to take control of the match-up and two minutes in
Brady Pataki was able to feed the puck from
Hunter Holmes and beat Basran to extend Windsor's lead to two. However the Badgers pushed back as they went on the counterattack and Matthew Barnes cut the Lancer lead in half. Halfway through the period,
Matt McNamara was able to light the lamp again for the blue and gold and leave the Badgers in desperation for another. Later,
Anthony Stefano was found open in front of Basran for the tap-in finish to add another goal to the scoreboard in sensational fashion, up by 4-1. The Lancers tallied up a 4-2 advantage heading into the final period.

In the third frame, Windsor and Brock continued their back-and-forth affair as the Lancers dug deep to hold onto their lead. With six minutes left in regulation and the Lancers on a 5-on-3 man advantage,
Brady Pataki was able to score his second goal of the night on the power play. Captain
Mason Kohn scored another marker with the man advantage to secure Windsor victory and punch their ticket to the conference finals.
