Melbourne, AUS - Lancer women's basketball head coach Chantal Vallée delivered a powerful address at the prestigious Rotary International Convention, held at the iconic Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Australia at the end of May. The three-day conference attracted an impressive gathering of over 14,000 individuals from various nations worldwide.
Coach Vallée captivated the audience with her insightful remarks on achieving a vision, overcoming adversity, winning against all odds, building a successful team, and the process of transformation in business and in life. As she concluded her fifteen-minute address, Coach Vallée received a standing ovation, a true testament to the profound effect she had on the audience.
In a remarkable show of support, Coach Vallée was immediately congratulated on stage by Rotary International President Jennifer Jones (picture attached), who received an honorary doctorate degree from the University of Windsor. Jones, made history as the first female president of Rotary International in July 2022.
