The Lancer track & field program was out in full force last week at the Canadian track & field championships in our nation's capital. Over the five days of competition, thirty-three Lancers—eight alumni, nineteen current team members, and six incoming recruits—competed in both the U20 and open divisions.
It was a golden weekend for Windsor, with the team collecting
three gold medals and
one bronze:

- Ben Tilson (senior) – Gold, 400m Hurdles, 51.51
