The University of Windsor Lancers men's hockey team faces off against the UQTR Patriotes for a shot at the OUA Queen's Cup Championship on Saturday, Mar. 14 at 2 p.m. at the Capri Pizzeria Recreation Complex.

In a rematch of the 2023 final that the Patriotes won in triple overtime, the two OUA division winners go head-to-head in a winner-take-all game. The Lancers went 18-7-3 (W-L-OT) in the regular season to win the OUA West division and swept the Guelph Gryphons and TMU Bold en route to the final. UQTR won the OUA East with a 20-5-3 record and swept Ottawa in the quarterfinals before taking down Queen's in three games.

Colton Smith, Logan Linklater, and Aaron Shaw have four points each to lead Windsor in playoff scoring. Smith and Keegan McMullen have three goals each, while Shaw and Owen Jones have three assists each. Max Donoso has put up a 1.29 goals against average and .954 save percentage between the pipes.

Charles Beaudoin leads the Patriotes in playoff scoring with six points in five games, followed by Felix Lafrance with five. Anthony Munroe-Boucher leads UQTR with four goals. William Grimard has a 1.61 GAA and .941 SV% in all five of UQTR's playoff games, winning four.
