WINDSOR, ON – The University of Windsor baseball team and head coach Frank Jeney have announced the date for the 2019 open tryouts, which will be held on Wednesday, September 4th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Lancers' home field, located in Amherstburg, Ontario at the Libro Credit Union Centre baseball field. (3295 Meloche Road Amherstburg, ON N9V 2Y8.)

Anyone interested in attending must be enrolled full-time (at least 3 classes) for Fall 2019 at the University of Windsor, and bring a glove, cleats, and proper baseball equipment.

Players interested in a tryout MUST RSVP to Head Coach Frank Jeney prior to the tryout at fjeney@uwindsor.ca (Subject: Lancer Baseball Tryout 2019).
 
The Lancer baseball team Finished 20-5 in 2018/2019, finishing the season ranked #18 Nationally in the NCBA. The Lancers had 3 student-athletes Graduate in 2019.  
 
In 2019/2020 the Lancers look to repeat their Great Lakes North Conference Championship.  The Lancers will also head to the OUA Tournament October 11th to 13th.
