Lancers finish fifth at OUA Championships

The Windsor Lancer track & field team return home from the OUA championships with a pair of fifth place team finishes.
 
Once again, the Guelph Gryphons swept the team championship titles. This is the fourth year in a row that the Gryphons have taken home both the men's and women's banners.

RESULTS
 
The blue and gold captured two medals on the final day of competition. Zion Webb captured a silver medal in the men's shot put with a throw of 15.24m, while the relay team of Kelly Hodgins, Emma Floris, Kiera Jackson, and Kristy Hodgins brought home bronze in the women's 4x400m relay with a time of 3:51.82.
 
The Lancers will now break until the U SPORTS Championships, March 5-7, 2020 in Edmonton, Alberta.
