Pare, Stevenson earn major OUA awards, Cameron, Hiebert recognized

University of Windsor Lancers women's hockey players Teagan Paré, Lerissa Stevenson, Bridget Cameron, and Staysha Hiebert were recognized with OUA West Division awards and all-star selections for their performances during the 2025-26 season.

Paré was named the OUA West Defender of the Year and a first-team all-star after an outstanding second season in the league The Bradford, Ontario native scored 11 goals and added nine assists for 19 points in 26 games, leading the Lancers in scoring and ranking second in goals. She placed first in the OUA West and second in the entire OUA in defender scoring and was the only defender to net double-digit goals, four of which were game-winners and two on the power play. Paré becomes the first Lancer to win this award since its introduction in 2017-18. This is her second OUA award after being named to the all-rookie team last season.
 
Stevenson was awarded the OUA West Rookie of the Year and also named to the OUA West all-rookie team. She led OUA West rookies in scoring with 13 points (four goals and nine assists). She scored twice on the power play and had two game-winning goals this season. Her 13 points ranked fourth on the Lancers. She is the first Lancer rookie of the year since 2022-23, when team captain Keana McKibbin won the award in her first season.
 
Bridget Cameron was named to the second all-star team after leading the Lancers with 13 goals, tied for sixth in the OUA. Six of her tallies came on the power play and she had one game-winner. The second-year forward added six assists for 19 total points.
 
Staysha Hiebert was named to the all-rookie team. The defender scored two goals and added eight assists for ten points in 26 games, with of her goals coming on the power play. She ranked second in Lancer rookie scoring behind Stevenson and had the third-most points among Lancer defenders. Her steady play allowed frequent partner Paré to bloom offensively.
