University of Windsor Lancers women's hockey player
Teagan Pare has been named a U SPORTS second team All-Canadian for her performance during the 2025-26 season.
The second-year defender scored 11 goals and picked up eight assists for 19 points in 26 games this season, leading the Lancers in scoring and placing second in team goals.
Pare was the highest-scoring defender in the OUA West division and had the second-most points among blueliners in the entire OUA. The Bradford, ON native was the only defender to record a double-digit goal total. Four of her markers were game-winners and she also had a pair of power play tallies.
The Human Kinetic major's offensive prowess gave the Lancers a varied attack and allowed the team to earn fourth place in the OUA West division standings and host a home playoff game.
Pare was named the OUA West Defender of the Year and a first-team OUA all-star after her breakout second season with the blue and gold. This is her first time being recognized at the national level in her young career.
