The Lancers are coming off a solid regular season that saw them finish at 17-5 and capture the OUA West Division regular season title. Coach Oliver's squad is currently ranked #7 in Canada and they will be looking to make their second trip to the CIS National Championship Tournament in the past four years.

The Laurier Golden Hawks come into Saturday night's game after defeating the Western Mustangs 89-70 in the OUA West Quarter Finals on Wednesday night. Laurier got 21 points from Kale Harrison as they cruised to the 19-point victory in London.

Laurier finished the regular season in fifth place in the conference with a 10-12 record.

In their regular season series, the Lancers swept both games winning at home 63-61 in early February and 91-90 a week later in Waterloo.

Windsor has been led all season long by a trio of standout veterans that includes Isaac Kuon, Nigel Johnson-Tygther and Andre Smyth. Kuon averaged 18.1 points per game in conference play, while Johnson Tygther added 12.9 ppg and 6.4 rpg and Smyth chipped in with 10.1 ppg and 7.3 rpg.

The Lancers have also got impressive guard play from rookie point guard Josh Collins who finished third in the province in assists with 5.2 apg and rookie shooting guard Enrico Diloreto who averaged 9.2 ppg.

Be sure to catch the OUA West Men's Basketball Semi-Finals this Saturday night. The Lancers will tip-off against the Golden Hawks at 8pm at the St. Denis Centre.
