The Lancer blue and gold were well represented at the 2023 Canadian Track & Field championships this past weekend.

Members of the Lancer family claimed six medals, including three gold, over the three-day meet in Langley, British Columbia.Â

Nojah Parker placed first in the men's pole vault with a personal best height of 5.40m, while
Nicholas Neri finished first in the 1500m Para Ambulatory with a time of 4:14.29.
Ben Tilson, running unattached, claimed a silver medal in the men's 400m hurdle with a time of 51.97s.

On the women's side, Lancer alum Sarah Mitton brought home the gold in the women's shot put with a throw of 19.69m, while Mandy Brunet placed third in the women's triple jump with a leap of 12.52m, and Harley Martin was Third in the U20 hammer throw at 50.25m.
