Members of the University of Windsor Lancers track and field team competed at this week's Hillsdale College Mid-Week Multi event in Hillsdale, Mich.
Four Lancer men competed in the heptathlon, with 2025 U SPORTS heptathlon champion
Tristen Miscia finishing in second at 4,725 points, the best among Lancers in a field of just six competitors. Aidan Molenhuis placed third overall with 4,043 points, followed by
Rhys Sharman and Massimo Del Guercio.
The Lancer women competed in a 16-athlete field for their pentathlon.
Riley Robitaille placed second overall with 3,348 total points and
Jadyn Luna third with 3,197. Anna Ropp,
Amneek Brar, and Cali Brenner also participated.
MEN'S RESULTS
Tristen Miscia won the 60m race with a time of 7.28 seconds, the long jump at 6.67m, and the shot put with a distance of 12.54m. Miscia's second-place time of 9.22s in the 60m hurdles was the best among Lancers, and he also placed second in the pole vault with a 3.80m mark.
Massimo Del Guercio won the 1000m with a time of 2:49.88. The Lancers swept this event as Miscia, Molenhuis, and Sharman placed second, third, and fourth, respectively. Aidan Molenhuis finished second in high jump with a best of 1.85m.
WOMEN'S RESULTS
The Lancers claimed the top three spots in the shot put, with
Jadyn Luna taking home the top spot at a distance of 12.08m, followed by
Riley Robitaille at 10.18m and Anna Ropp at 10.03m.
Robitaille won the 800m event with a 2:27.22 mark, followed by Luna in third. Robitaille also placed second in the long jump at 5.21m and fourth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.28s.

The Lancers continue their week of competitions with a stop in Allendale, Mich. to compete in the Grand Valley State University Holiday Open on Friday, December 5.
